Lt. Gen. Mohammad Zahir Aghbar serves as the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to Tajikistan, leading the Afghan Embassy in Dushanbe. In this capacity, he represents Afghanistan at the highest diplomatic level and oversees the embassy’s diplomatic, administrative, and consular functions, while strengthening bilateral relations between Afghanistan and Tajikistan.
